摘要
目的探析侵袭性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院接收治疗的30例侵袭性牙周炎患者为研究对象,根据患者病症类型的不同将其分为两组,即局部侵袭性牙周炎(局限性组)和广泛侵袭性牙周炎(广泛性组),每组15例。所有患者均已进行牙周基础治疗8年,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果和治疗前比较,治疗后2、5、8年,两组患者的PD、CAL和BOP及牙齿松动程度均有所改善,且牙齿松动的治疗时间越长效果更显著(P<0.05);治疗前、后,两组患者的中切牙与第一恒磨牙的CAL及PD比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对侵袭性牙周炎患者予以牙周基础治疗,效果明显,但由于病症类型不同,患者的康复时间不一。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of initial periodontal therapy in patients with aggressive periodontitis. Methods Thirty cases of patients with aggressive periodontitis admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were divided into localized group （localized aggressive periodontitis） and generalized group （generalized aggresive periodontitis） according to different disease types, with 15 cases in each group. All the patients were treated with initial periodontal therapy for 8 years. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with those before treatment, the PD, CAL, BOP and tooth mobility of the two groups in 2, 5 and 8 years after the treatment were improved, and the longer treatment time, the more significant the effect was （P〈0.05）. Compared with before treatment, the CAL and PD of the central incisor and the first molar of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment, the differences were significant （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Initial periodontal therapy in the treatment of aggressive periodontitis has significant clinical effect, due to different types of symptoms, the patients＂ recovery time is different.
