摘要
地方高校的教师教育专业已成为我国基础教育师资培养的重要力量。课程设置是提高地方高校教师教育专业教学质量的关键环节。地方高校教师教育课程设置要充分考虑课程不断改进的必要性和课程设置中必须遵循的原则,积极探索课程设置的重构。文章提出重构的教师教育课程包括教师技能训练课程、教育理论课程、教育素养课程、教育实践课程等四类课程,并具体构建了各类课程所包括的具体开设课程名称、课程性质、学时、授课教师要求、开设学期等内容,从而为地方高校教师教育课程改革提供具有可操作性的实施方案。
Teacher education in local universities has become an important part in China's teacher training for basic education. Curriculum design is a key ring to promote the education quality of teacher education specialty in local universities. Curriculum designing needs to consider the necessity and the guiding principles. Four types of courses are recommended including teaching skill training, education theory, education competence, and education practice. The names of each type are suggested along with specific details such as course nature, period, requirements for teacher, and semester and so on. It aims to provide operational plan for the curriculum reform in local universities.
