摘要
文章针对应用型本科高校教师教育人才培养,提出了以教师职业技能训练为基础,以教育教学综合素质培养为核心,以教师专业化发展为目标的教师教育人才培养路径。通过实施"12345+N"工程,即组建1个团队,增强教师教育整体实力;设立2个中心,凸显教师教育专业特色;搭建3个平台,提高未来教师综合素养;设置4个模块,重构教师教育课程体系;构建5个体系,保障教师教育专业发展;建立N个基地,形成联动机制互补双赢,实现教师教育人才培养与基础教育现实需求的无缝对接。
Considering the training plan for teacher education in application-oriented colleges and universities, the educational approach is proposed including the basis of professional training, the core of compreherlsive quality, and the goal of professional development. The "12345 + N" project means constructing one team to improve the general quality of the staff, setting up two centers to highlight the professional characteristics of teacher-training, building three platforms to promote teachers' comprehensive competence, establishing four modules to reconstruct the teacher-education curriculum system, developing five systems to guarantee the professional development,and finally making N bases to achieve linkage mechanism. Therefore, hopefully, teacher-training education may meet the requirement of elementary education.
