摘要
目的研究干扰素雾化联合口服补液盐治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法随机将邢台市第一医院确诊的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿47例分为观察组和对照组,所有患儿均给予退热治疗后,对照组患儿给予常规方法治疗,观察组患儿在常规方法治疗基础上,给予重组人α1b雾化吸入联合口服补液盐Ⅲ治疗,对比两组疗效、症状消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为91.67%,对照组的总有效率为65.22%,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.459,P=0.035)。观察组发热消退、流涎消失及疱疹消失时间分别为(2.2±0.5)、(2.3±1.5)、(2.8±1.1)d,对照组分别为(3.4±0.8)、(3.6±1.6)、(4.7±1.4)d,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿的不良反应发生情况较少且轻。结论干扰素雾化联合口服补液盐Ⅲ治疗疱疹性咽峡炎安全有效,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of inhalation of atomization combined with oral rehydration salts for the treatment of herpes angina.Methods A total of 47 cases with herpes angina in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.All children were treated with antipyretic treatment.And then,patients in the control group were treated with conventional method,while patients in the observation group were treated with the inhalation of recombinant human α1b atomization combined with oral rehydration salts after the conventional treatment.The efficacy,the disappearing time of symptoms and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,which of the control group was 65.22%.There was significant difference between the total effective rate of the two groups （χ2=4.459,P=0.035）.The disappearing time of fever,salivation and herpes of the observation group were （2.2＆#177;0.5）d,（2.3＆#177;1.5）d and （2.8＆#177;1.1）d,respectively,while that of the control group were （3.4＆#177;0.8）d,（3.6＆#177;1.6）d and （4.7＆#177;1.4）d respectively.There were significant differences among them （P〈0.05）.The adverse reactions occurred in both groups were less and not serious.Conclusion Inhalation of interferon combined with oral rehydration salt is safe and effective,which is worthy of promoting for clinical usage.
