摘要
目的:对比更昔洛韦与阿昔洛韦治疗疱疹性咽颊炎的疗效。方法:2004年4月至2005年6月我院儿科门诊确定为疱疹性咽颊炎的80例患者随机分为2组,分别给予更昔洛韦和阿昔洛韦治疗,并常规给予退热、补充维生素处理,病程大于2 d者加用青霉素治疗。结果:更昔洛韦组有效率显著高于阿昔洛韦组。结论:更昔洛韦治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效较阿昔洛韦好。
Objective： To investigate curative effects of ganciclovir and aciclovir in the treatment of hepetic angina. Methods： 80 patients of hepetic angina were randomly divided into two groups treated with ganciclovir and acyclovir respectively. Results： The efficiency of ganciclovir group was significantly higher than that of acyclovir group. Conclusion： Ganciclovir is more effective than aciclovir in the treatment of hepetic angina.
