摘要
针对目前肿瘤学教学现状和实践中存在的问题进行了深入探索,阐述了肿瘤学教学改革的措施和方案。提出通过完善肿瘤学课程体系、优化教师结构、加快教学模式改革、充分利用网络资源等措施,以提高肿瘤学教学质量。使我国肿瘤学教学水平与国际接轨,为我国培养出更多的肿瘤学理论知识扎实、具有良好临床思维能力及医患沟通能力的肿瘤学专科人才,提高我国肿瘤综合诊治水平及更好的为患者服务。
In view of the present situation of the medical education on oncology and the problems existing in the practice, the authors make a deep discussion and exploration. The present paper analyzes the measures and solutions of teaching reform in oncology education. This paper puts forward some measures to improve the teaching quality of oncology, such as perfecting the course system, building the teaching professional organization, speeding up the reform of teaching pattern and making full use of network resources. Try to make Chinese oncology education reached the international level, to reserve excellent oncology doctors with the solid specialized theoretical knowledge and clinical thinking and communication ability, to improve the diagnosis and treatment level and better service for patients.
