不同树龄麻疯树生长性状及养分状况比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过研究麻疯树生长规律和营养特性,为其科学栽培提供理论依据。采集大田生长的4、16、28、40月龄麻疯树FD-8号植株,测定和比较其生长性状及氮、磷、钾含量和积累量。结果表明:(1)随着树龄的增加,地径、茎枝总长、根干物质、茎枝干物质及总干物质年净增长量先增而后减,其中均以28月龄的最大;株高年净增长量持续下降。(2)不同树龄叶的氮、磷及钾含量均为根或茎枝的1.5倍以上;随树龄的增加,各器官磷含量呈上升趋势,氮和钾含量呈下降趋势,其中4月龄与40月龄的差异均达显著水平。(3)各器官氮、磷及钾积累量大小顺序在4、16月龄均为叶>茎枝>根,此后磷和钾积累量为茎枝>叶>根;随树龄的增加,植株氮和钾积累总量先增而后减,其中均以28月龄的最大,磷积累总量则显著增加。(4)在幼树生长期,植株养分积累量大小顺序为K_2O>N>P_2O_5,开花挂果后为K_2O>P_2O_5>N。分析表明,不同树龄麻疯树各器官生长和营养性状变化较大。 The growth dynamics and nutritious characteristics of plant were studied in order to provide scientific basis for cultivation in Jatropha curcas L.. Plant samples at different age (4, 16, 28 and 40 months) were collected from Jatropha curcas cultivar FD-8 which planting in field, and their content and accumulation of N, P, K and growth feature were determined and compared. The results showed that the net increase per year of ground diameter, branches length, root dry matter, branches dry matter and total dry matter decreased after increased firstly with the increase of tree age and peaked at 28 months, while the net increase per year of plant height continue to fall. The content of N, P and K in leaves were more than roots or branches by 1.5 times at different tree age.With the increase of tree age, the content of N and K in each organ decreased, but the content of P in each organ increased, and their appeared significant difference (P 〈 0. 05) between 4 and 40 months aging. The sequence of the N, P and K accumulation in eachorgan was leaves 〉 branches 3〉 roots at 4 andl6 months aging, but the sequence of the P and K accumulation in each organ was branches 〉 leaves 〉 roots at 28 and 40 months aging. The accumulation of P in plant increased significantly with the increase of tree age, but the accumulation of N and K in plant decreased after increased firstly and peaked at 28 months. The nutrient accumulation in plant was in the order K20 〉 N 〉 P205 at young tree stage, but K20 〉 P2O3 〉 N at reproductive stage. Overall analysis indicated that the growth feature and nutrient characteristics ofJatropha curcas L. were varied obviously with age and organs.
