摘要
以麻疯树FD-8号为试材,采用盆栽方式,研究复合肥施用量(0~30 g/盆,折算后为0~4.246 t/hm2)对秋播麻疯树种子萌发、幼苗生长及养分吸收利用的影响。结果表明:施用复合肥能明显加快麻疯树幼苗出土,促进幼苗生长,提高植株N、P、K含量和积累量。但随着施肥量的增加,麻疯树出苗率、根系生长量、地径、茎高、干物质积累量、苗木质量指数及植株N、P、K积累量先增加而后下降,肥料N、P、K养分利用率则显著下降。其中,复合肥( N∶P2 O5∶K2 O=28∶6∶6)施用量10 g/盆(折算后为1.415 t/hm2)的综合效应最好。
In the pot experiment,the Jatropha curcas cultivar FD-8 was used,and the effects of compound fertilizer application amount(0—30 g/pot,equal to 0—4.246 t/ha) on seed germination,seedling growth and nutrient uptake were investigated in autumn.The results showed that compound fertilizer application had significant accelerating effects on the speed of seedling emergence,seedling growth and the absorption of N, P and K.As fertilizer application amount increased, the seedling emergence rate, root biomass, ground diameter,stem height,dry matter accumulation and seedling quality index,as well as N,P and K accumulation in plant first increased and then decreased,but the N,P and K fertilizer utilization efficiency decreased significantly.Overall,the application amount of N(28)-P2 O5 (6)-K2 O(6) compound fertilizer of 10 g/pot( equal to 1.415 t/ha) was the best for Jatropha curcas L..
