摘要
目的:研究伤科止痛膏外敷对下肢闭合性骨折围手术期血液流变学影响,对肿胀、疼痛的疗效。方法:将50例有手术指征的新鲜下肢闭合性骨折患者随机分成两组,治疗组25例予以外敷伤科止痛膏,对照组25例予以冰敷,观察两组的血液流变学指标,肿胀程度、疼痛指数等。结果:治疗组在改善血液流变学指标、疼痛、肿胀等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:伤科止痛膏在下肢骨折围手术期改善血液流变学作用显著,在缓解肿胀、疼痛等方面疗效确切。
Objective： To observe the influence of Department of Traumatology Analgesic Cream on blood rheological in peri operation period of closed fracture of lower limb and its effect on swelling and pain.Method ： 50 cases of fresh lower limb closed fracture patients with operation indications were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 25 cases were treated with Department of Traumatology Analgesic Cream, the control group of 25 cases were given ice deposited.The blood theology index, swelling degree, pain index of the two groups were observed.Result： The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving blood rheology, pain and swelling（P〈O.05）.Conelusion ： Department of Traumatology Analgesic Cream improves hemorheology in perioperative period of lower limb fracture, and can relieve swelling and pain.
