摘要
目的 测定宜宾地区 4 4 8名健康人 (其中男性 2 2 1名 ,女性 2 2 7名 )的血液流变学 15项指标正常值及其分布情况。方法 用R80A自动血液流变仪检测宜宾市正常人群的血液流变学指标。结果 调查发现同年龄男女组间各切变率的全血粘度值等均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而不同年龄同性别组间虽无显著差异 ,但 5 0岁及 5 0岁以上组多项指标离散度增大。结论 分别统计不同性别年龄组的参考值更能确切反应血液流变学指标的变化。
Objective To study the normal values and distributions of 15 hemorrheologic indexes of 448 healthy persons (221 males and 227 females) from Yibin Region.Methods Using R80A viscometer assays hemorrheologic indexes of YiBin healthy people.Result The RBC Hematocrit and the viscosity at high and low shear rate have obvious differences between males and female; but with the age increasing, the normal valves of all 15 indexes increase with the age of 50 years old up; the normal values of all 15 indexes have significant difference between regions.
