摘要
本文主要研究不同助磨剂的复配对水泥熟料-低掺量混合材体系的增强作用,试验结果表明,以早强效果较好的TEA为主要组分,助磨效果较好的丙三醇或糖蜜为辅助组分,可以配制早强型复合助磨剂。Na SCN不宜与糖蜜或丙三醇复配作早强型助磨剂。以后强效果较好的TIPA为主要组分,助磨效果较好且成本较低的糖蜜为辅助组分,可配制后强型复合助磨剂。以增强作用较好的DEIPA为主要组分,助磨效果较好的糖蜜或丙三醇为辅助组分,复合后既能提高水泥早期和后期强度,又有较好的助磨效果,可以配制早强兼后强型复合助磨剂。同时研究了复合助磨剂对水泥与减水剂相容性的影响及调控方法。研究表明,用A3、C3和D3这三种助磨剂粉磨的水泥与萘系减水剂和聚羧酸减水剂相容性较差,这与它们含有较多的TEA、丙三醇或丙二醇有关,这些组分掺量较高时会对水泥与减水剂相容性产生不良影响。而三聚磷酸钠和六偏磷酸钠作助磨剂可以改善水泥与减水剂的相容性。文章最后尝试用三聚磷酸钠改善助磨剂与减水剂的相容性,探索调控助磨剂与减水剂相容性的方法。
The effects of different grinding aids on the cement clinker - low additive content system were studied. The results showed that the compound grinding aid with early strengh, of which the TEA with good early strength property as the main component and glycerol or molasses which were good at helping grinding as auxiliary components, could be prepared. NaSCN could not be combined with molasses or glycerol for early strength grinding aids. Complex grinding aids with high later strength, of which the TIPA was used as the main component for its better effect for later strength and the molasses was used as auxiliary component for its better grinding effect and low cost, was prepared. The complex grinding aids with high early and later strength of cement, of which the DEIPA was used as the main component for its better strengthen ability and the molasses or glycerol was used as auxiliary component for its better grinding effect, was prepared. The effect of the complex grinding aids on the compatibility of cement with superplasticizer and the control methods was studied. The result showed that the cement grinding with A3, C3 and D3 was poor in compatibility with naphthalene superplasticizer and polycarboxylate water reducing agent, which was because they contain more TEA, glycerol (GL) or propylene glycol (PG), the higher content of these components had an adverse effect on the compatibility of cement and water-reducing agent. While the sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) and sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP) as grinding aids could improve the compatibility of cement with superplasticizer. In the end, the compatibility of grinding aids with superplasticizer was improved by using sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP), and the way to adjust compatibility of grinding aids with water reducing agents was explored.
