摘要
用粉煤灰为原料在实验室采用低温快速煅烧制得β—C_2S含量高达50%以上的快硬早强水泥熟料。煅烧中,碳酸盐分解、石膏脱水和熟料形成趋于重迭,降低烧成温度。为实际提供理论依据和有益途径。
Rapid hardening early strength cement clinker containing β--C_2S over 50% was made from fly
ashes by fast calcination at low temperature in laboratory. During calcining, carbonate decomposi-tion, supersuphate dehydration and clinker mineral formation tended to overlap so as to lower thecalcining temperature. The theoretic basis and helpful way for practical production were presented.
