摘要
目的调查我市化工园区中小学生对初期心肺复苏的认知和需求态度情况,为普及院前急救知识和技能提供参考。方法根据2015版国际心肺复苏指南标准,自行设计问卷,选择我市化工园区某中小学学生362人进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果接受过心肺复苏知识的培训率为26%,中小学生对2015版国际心肺复苏指南知识和技能普遍缺乏,合格率为0.6%;学习意愿不强,愿意学习心肺复苏仅为65%。结论应提高中小学生对心肺复苏重要性的认识,通过多元化的培训方式教会现场急救的基本技能,并增强培训频率,提高培训效果。
Objective To offer the reference to universal the prehospital first aid knowledge and skill, we survey the knowledge and the attitude of primary and middle school students about the basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods A questionnaire was designed based on the international cardiopulmonary resuscitation guideline, 2015. 362 students from primary and middle school in Nanjing chemical industry district were included in this survey. Results Among all participat- ing students, 26% received the training of the basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation. A big lack of cardiopulmonary resuscita- tion knowledge and skill was found in primary and middle school students. Only 0. 6% percent students pass the test and no- body got the full score. Only 65% students had the will to learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge. Conclusion The understanding of importance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation should be improved in primary and middle school student. A various methods and more frequency training of first--aid needed to be performed to improve the skills.
