摘要
目的了解防城港市企业员工对心肺复苏(CPR)知晓情况及培训需求,为下一步在企业职工中进行心肺复苏培训提供理论依据。方法对防城港某钢铁企业中层干部及企业急救员共213名进行心肺复苏相关知识知晓情况及培训需求情况进行问卷调查,问卷调查后再进行理论培训和实操培训。结果参加问卷调查及培训的员工以男性居多,30~50岁占78%,高中以上学历占80%以上,84%为专业管理员或部门急救员;心肺复苏知晓率为96.24%,知晓人员中56.09%是从培训班中知晓(115/205),27.32%从网络媒体中知晓(56/205),从书籍中知晓为13.66%(28/205);只有19.23%员工做过心肺复苏技术操作;51.00%的员工不能判定是否为心跳骤停,认为自己及家人有必要学习心肺复苏知识并愿意参加培训班的达100%,90%以上愿意多次参加培训;90%以上员工认为应该在中学以前开始培训学习。经过培训后88.90%员工愿意为别人做心肺复苏(189/213)。100%员工知道附近的急救电话。40.85%员工不知体外自动除颤仪是何物,只有9.39%员工见过实物,有7.51%员工会操作体外自动除颤仪,但只有3.29%员工亲自操作过,21.6%员工知道大型公共场所放置有体外自动除颤仪。知识问卷合格率只有17.84%(38/213)。结论防城港市某钢铁企业中层干部及急救员心肺复苏相关知识知晓率高,大部分从培训班、网络媒体及书籍中知晓,会实施心肺复苏技能操作的比率较低,心肺复苏相关知识合格率不高,理论知识和实际操作技能规范性仍需要加强。对于体外自动除颤仪的认识与国外比较有很大差距,会操作者极少。均认识到学习心肺复苏的重要性,极度渴望参加学习培训。鉴于企业员工对心肺复苏的渴望学习态度,相关部门应该加强与企业的联系,力争1~2年进行1次培训,为尽快落实国家“健康中国2030”相关任务而努力。
Objective To understand the awareness and training needs of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)among employees in Fangchenggang enterprises,and to provide theoretical basis for further CPR training among employees.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 213 middle-level cadres and first-aid workers of a steel enterprise in Fangchenggang city to investigate their knowledge and training needs of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Results Most of the employees who participated in the questionnaire and training were male,78%were between 30 and 50 years old,80%had a high school education or above,84%were professional administrators or department first aid workers,96.24%know what CPR is,56.75%knew it from training classes(115/205).27.32%learned from online media(56/205),13.66%learned from books(28/205),and only 19.25%used to performed CPR.51%percent were unable to determine cardiac arrest.100%of them thought it was necessary for them and their families to learn CPR and were willing to attend the training course,and more than 90%were willing to attend the training for several times.More than 90%think should attempt training in middle school.After training,88.9%were willing to perform CPR for others(189/213).100%know the local emergency number.40.85%do not know what automatic external defibrillator is,only 9.39%have seen it,7.51%know how to use it,3.29%have operated it,and 21.6%know that automatic external defibrillator has been placed in large public places.The questionnaire survey included the circumstances of CPR,the position,push depth,frequency of CPR,and the ratio of CPR frequency to mouth-to-mouth resuscitation,survey qualified rate was only 17.84%(38/213).Conclusion The awareness rate of CPR among middle-level cadres and first-aid workers in a steel enterprise in Fangchenggang city is high,most of them were learned from training courses,online media and books.But the proportion of those who know CPR skills is low,and the pass rate of CPR knowledge is low.Therefore,the theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills still needs to be strengthened.Rate of knowing what external automatic defibrillator is among the workers who participated in the questionnaire was lower than that of foreign workers,and few people know how to operate it.They all recognized the importance of learning CPR and were eager to learn and participate CPR in the training.According to employee attitudes to learn CRP,health departments should strengthen contact with enterprises and strive to conduct training every one to two years,so as to implement the national"Healthy China 2030"as soon as possible.
