摘要
为了探讨打破卷丹百合珠芽休眠的温度条件,以卷丹百合珠芽为材料,分别置于5,10,15℃和室温(17-20℃)下进行层积处理6周,处理结束后播种于日光节能温室内,测定其珠芽的发芽率和转化形成地下小鳞茎的生长量,揭示环境温度对珠芽芽体发育和休眠解除的作用。结果表明:5℃处理的珠芽发芽率高、发芽早、发芽势强;不同温度处理下小鳞茎的生长量差异不明显;单位面积小鳞茎产量5℃处理显著高于其他温度处理。因此选用5℃对珠芽进行层积处理,最有利于打破珠芽休眠和作为种鳞茎繁殖材料。
Bulbils of Lilium lancifolium were treated 6 weeks under 5,10,15 ℃ and room tempera-ture (17 -20 ℃ ) to investigate proper temperature condition for dormancy breaking. After 6 weeks of stratification, bulbils were planted in greenhouse. The effects of temperature on the growth and dormancy releasing of bulbils were revealed by germination rate and growth of bulblets. It was found that bulbils treated under 5℃ sprout earlier than other treatment and presented higher germination rate and stronger germination potential. For bulbils treated by 5 ℃ , the yield of produced bulblet per unit area was significantly higher than other treatments. However, the difference of bulblets growth among different treatment was not significant. Therefore, 5 ℃ is the optimal stratification temperature for breaking dormancy of bulbils of Lilium lancifolium and bulbils treated under 5 ℃ is the optimal material for propagation.
