摘要
目的了解临床护士对疼痛相关知识的认知程度及其疼痛护理能力。方法应用疼痛管理知识和态度的调查问卷(knowledge and attitudes survey regarding pain,KASRP),采取便利抽样法对武汉市5所三级甲等医院1000名护士进行调查,回收930份有效问卷纳入数据分析。结果595人(63.98%)接受过疼痛相关知识教育。285人(30.65%)将疼痛评估排在疼痛知识学习需求的第一位。疼痛基础知识问题中,回答正确率最低为15.81%、最高为71.72%。接受过疼痛相关知识培训者对问卷回答的正确率为60.37%,明显高于未接受培训者(38.34%)(P<0.05)。临床工作中,657人(70.65%)未采用评估工具评估患者的疼痛程度,实际工作中能根据患者的个体反应调整镇痛药物用量的被试者比率较低,最低为15.81%。结论临床护士接受疼痛相关知识教育的比率较低,疼痛相关知识掌握较局限,对疼痛相关知识的认知不足,临床疼痛护理能力亟待提高。
Objective To survey the apprehension of pain relevant knowledges and pain nursing ability of nurses in three-grade class-A hospitals in Wuhan.Methods Knowledge and attitude survey regarding pain（KASRP）questionnaires were distributed to 1000 nurses with convenience sampling method in 5 three-grade class-A hospitals in Wuhan.There were 987 copies questionnaires feedback,and930 eligible answer sheets were analyzed.Results A total of 595 nurses（63.98%）received pain relevant knowledges education.There were 285 nurses（30.65%）taking pain assessment learning in the first place.The lowest accuracy of basic pain knowledges was 15.81%and the best accuracy was 71.72%.The accuracy in nurses with pain knowledge education was 60.37%,it was higher than that in nurses without pain education（38.34%）（P〈0.05）.657 nurses（70.65%）did not use assessment tools for pain assessment of patients in clinical work,and only a few nurses could adjust the dosage of analgesia drugs appropriately,the lowest rate was 15.81%.Conclusion There is less proportion of nurses with pain knowledge education,and have a limited grasp and understanding of pain relevant knowledges,pain nursing ability of them should be improved urgently.
