摘要
目的观察硫酸沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德微量泵雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿哮喘疗效及对血清IL-1β、IL-12的影响。方法选择2014年1月—2016年1月湖北文理学院附属襄阳市中心医院儿科收治的132例婴幼儿哮喘患儿,按其入院顺序进行编号并随机分成对照组和观察组,各66例。对照组患儿行常规哮喘治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上加用硫酸沙丁胺醇溶液+布地奈德混悬液微量泵吸入治疗,比较2组患儿的临床疗效、症状体征消失时间及其治疗前后血清IL-1β、IL-12水平。结果观察组总有效率100.0%高于对照组89.4%(x^2=6.235,P<0.05);观察组患儿主要症状体征消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间及其住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);2组患儿治疗后血清IL-1β、IL-12均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(t=4.865、5.894,P<0.05)。结论布地奈德及硫酸沙丁胺醇溶液微量泵雾化吸人治疗哮喘患儿,可提高临床治疗效果,有助于缓解临床症状,改善体征,并可以降低血清IL-1β、IL-12水平,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of salbutamol sulfate and budesonide micro-pump inhalation on infantile asthma and its effects on serum levels of IL-1β and IL-12.Methods 132 infants with asthma were enrolled in the Department of Pediatrics of Xiangyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Arts and Sciences from January 2014 to January 2016,were randomly assigned into two groups according to their order of admission,each 66 example.The control group was treated with routine asthma(anti-infection,cough and phlegm,aminophylline,dexaroethasone,etc.),the study group of children in the control group based on the treatment of children with salbutamol sulfate solution + budesonide suspension Micro-pump inhalation therapy,compared the two groups of children with the clinical curative effect,the disappearance time of symptoms and the levels of serum IL-1β and IL-12 before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 100.0%,the total effective rate in the control group was 89.4%,the total effective rate in the study group was better than that in the control group(x2=6.235,P 〈0.05).The serum levels of IL-1β and IL-12 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P 〈0.05),and the serum IL-1β and IL-12 in study group were significantly lower than control group(t =4.865,t = 5.894,P 〈0.05).Conclusion The use of budesonide and salbutamol sulfate solution inhalation of micro-pump in children with infant asthma,can improve the clinical treatment of children,help to relieve symptoms in children,improve the patients symptoms,and can reduce the serum IL-1β and IL-12 level,worthy of clinical application.
