摘要
ERF(Ethylene-responsive factor)转录因子是AP2/ERF大家族中的一个大的亚家族,仅含1个AP2/ERF结构域,每个成员都含有1个由大约60个氨基酸组成的非常保守的DNA结合域。有研究表明,每种植物有100种以上ERF转录因子,其功能各不相同,分别具有调节植物生长发育、抗生物胁迫和非生物胁迫的作用等。本文就ERF转录因子的研究现状及发展趋势进行分析,以期为ERF转录因子的应用提供参考。
ERF transcription factors are big subfamily of AP2/ERF large family,which have one AP2/ERF structural domain, and every member contains a very conservative composed of about 60 amino acid DNA binding domain.Research has shown that every plant has more than 100 kinds of ERF transcription factors,the functions of each are not identical,respectively with regulating plant growth and development,the role of biological stress and abiotic stress resistance, etc.In this paper,the research status and development trend of ERF transcription factors were analyzed,in order to provide references for the application of ERF transcription factors.
