摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清中基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、25羟维生素D_3(25OHD_3)水平与2型糖尿病周围神经病变相关性。方法收集60例患者,均来自深圳市龙岗中心医院,将其分为2组,A组(糖尿病非神经病变组)30例,B组(糖尿病神经病变组)30例。所有受试者抽取空腹血糖,检测血清MMP-9、25OHD_3水平。比较2组血清MMP-9、25OHD_3水平。分析他们与2型糖尿病神经病变之间相关性。结果各组间年龄、性别、体重指数,空腹血糖比较,均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。神经病变组较非并发神经病变组MMP-9表达水平显著性增高(P<0.05)。25OHD_3水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。MMP-9与25OHD_3呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病神经病变与MMP-9高表达,25OHD_3低表达呈现相关性,对临床预防神经病变有指导意义。
Objective To compare the inhibition of genistein and daidzein on ammonia-induced astrocyte swelling.Methods Cell viability was examined with MTT assay,cell swelling with3-O-methyl-[3H]-glucose.Co-immunoprecipitation was used to determine ERK/EGFR interaction.Results Genistein and daidzein at 50 μmol/L had no effect on astrocyte viability.Genistein,but not daidzein,produced significant inhibitory effect on ammonia-induced astrocyte swelling and ERK/EGFR interaction.Conclusion Genistein exhibits a significant inhibitory effect on ammonia-induced astrocyte swelling,which may be related to its specific inhibition on EGFR.
