三维振动冲击器钻井提速工具研制与现场试验 被引量:19

摘要 为消除PDC钻头的黏滑振动现象,降低滑动导向钻进摩阻,提高机械钻速,延长PDC钻头的使用寿命,研制了一种新型钻井提速工具——三维振动冲击器。三维振动冲击器结构紧凑,无橡胶件和电子元器件,耐高温高压,工作安全可靠;轴向冲击减小了整个钻柱的摩阻力,增强了PDC钻头吃入硬地层的能力,周向冲击消除了钻进过程中的黏滑现象,有利于钻头均匀切削,在中海油临兴致密气区块5口井的现场试验中,工具的工作寿命超过150 h,较邻井提高机械钻速45%以上,可以与螺杆钻具配合使用。研制的三维振动冲击器改善了定向钻进工具面的控制,有效提高了定向能力和定向钻进速度。 To eliminate the stick-slip vibration ol PDC bit, reduce the friction ol sliding drilling, improve the rate ol penetration and prolong the service life ol PDC bit, a new type ol drilling speed increase tool-3D vibration impactor has been developed. The 3D vibration impactor has compact structure, no rubber parts and electronic com-ponents ,presenting high temperature and high pressure capacity, safety and reliability. The axial impact could re-duce the friction of the drill string, and enhance the PDC bit bite into the hard layer. While the circumferential im-pact eliminates the phenomenon ol stick-slip in the drilling process and lacilitates the unil'orm cutting ol the PDC bits. In the field test ol the 5 wells in Linqing tight gas block ol CNOOC, the tool structure is reliable and the work-ing lile is more than 150 h, providing over 45% increase in ROP. The tool could be used in conjunction with the PDM. The developed three-dimensional vibration impactor had improved the directional drilling tool surface control, and ellectively improved the directional ability and directional drilling speed.
