摘要
川西中浅水平井由于受到地层因素的影响,普遍存在井斜难以控制,钻井效率难以提高的问题。水力振荡器可以使常规的钻具组合克服定向钻进过程中遇到的常见问题。在马蓬23-3HF井、新沙21-28H井施工过程中应用了φ172mm水力振荡器。结果表明,合理的钻井参数配合水力振荡器能够改善井下钻压传递效果,明显降低摩阻,提高机械钻速,缩短钻井周期。
Affected by formation factors, drilling medium-to-shallow horizontal wells in western Sichuan Basin generally encounters some problems of hard deviation control and low efficiency. But, hydraulic oscillator can help traditional drilling string to overcome them during directional drilling. The φ172mm of hydraulic oscillator was applied to Mapeng 23-3HF and Xinsha 21-28H wells. Results show that integrating reasonable drilling parameters with hydraulic oscillator can improve the weight on bit transfer, decrease the friction, enhance the penetration rate, and shorten the drilling cycle.
