摘要
从斜直井的特点出发,推导出装有扶正器的抽油杆柱所受液体粘滞阻力及与油管摩擦力的计算公式。计算实例表明,抽油杆柱与油管的摩擦力是杆柱自重的5.01%;所受液体粘滞阻力相当于稠油竖直井的阻力。指明斜直井用抽油机除采用长冲程、低冲次外,还应具有下冲程比上冲程慢的特点。
In view of the characteristics of slant straight holes, this article works out the formulas for calculating the fluid resistance on a rod string with centralizers and the friction force between rod string and tubing string. A case history shows that the above-mentioned friction force is 5.01 percent of the rod string weight and the fluid resistance encountered is commensurate with the resistance in vertical thick oil wells. The article indicates that the pumping unit for slant straight holes should have long stroke and low pumping speed, and the speed on the downstroke should be lower than that on the upstroke.
