摘要
目的探讨舌下含服卡孕栓对剖宫产术后产妇排气的影响。方法本研究应用前瞻性对照研究方法,选取2016年10月初至12月底3月间在临沂市妇女儿童医院行剖宫产术的产妇300例为观察对象,所有产妇近期均未用过前列腺素,对前列腺素无过敏史。将观察对象随机分成三组:将100例剖宫产术中胎儿娩出后舌下含服卡孕栓1mg的剖宫产产妇为实验1组;100例剖宫产术中胎儿娩出后舌下含服卡孕栓1mg和术后第1天、第2天分别舌下含服卡孕栓0.5mg,Bid的产妇为实验2组;100例剖宫产术中及术后均未使用卡孕栓产妇为对照组。自产妇术后返回病房开始计时,记录其排气时间。结果实验1组产妇术后首次排气时间平均为(43±2.55)h,实验2组产妇术后首次排气时间平均为(29±3.76)h,对照组产妇术后首次排气时间为平均为(44±2.87)h。实验1组和对照组之间产妇术后排气时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验2组产妇术后排气时间较实验1组和对照组均明显提前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术中胎儿娩出后舌下含服卡孕栓1mg和术后第1天、第2天分别使用卡孕栓0.5mg,Bid可明显缩短剖宫产术后产妇排气出现的时间,减少剖宫产术后腹胀,减轻产妇术后痛苦。且舌下含服卡孕栓使用方便,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the impact of sublingual carprost on puerperal exhaust after cesarean section. Methods A prospective controlled study was performed and 300 cases of cesarean section performed in this hospital from early October to late December, 2016 were chosen as the observation subjects. None of the puerperae had used prostaglandins or had allergic history. The subjects were randomly and evenly divided into three groups. In Group One, the puerperae took lmg of carprost after cesarean section. In Group Two, the puerperae took lmg of carprost after cesarean section and took 0.5mg of carprost on the first day and second day. The puerperae in the control group did not take carprost after cesarean section. The exhaust time was recorded after the puerperae returned to the wards. Results The average exhaust time of Group One was （43 ± 2.55） hours, the average exhaust time of Group Two was （29 ± 3.76） hours, and the average exhaust time of the control group was（44 ± 2.87） hours. There was no significant difference between Group One and the control group （ P 〉0.05）, but there was significant difference between Group Two and the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion If the puerperae take lmg of carprost after cesarean section and take 0.5mg of carprost on the first day and second day can significantly quicken the appearance of exhaust after cesarean section to reduce puerperae＇s postoperative pain.
