摘要
目的分析开塞露对剖宫产术后肠功能恢复的临床应用效果。方法选择2007年-2009年本院剖宫产手术病人术后腹胀的180例随机分成常规处理90例(对照)和应用开塞露90例(观察)两组,比较两组治疗的效果。结果观察组90例,在应用开塞露后肛门排便排气,腹胀减轻,经统计学分析,总有效率为97.8%尿潴留1.11%对照组为71.1%,8.89%。两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论开塞霹在促使剖宫产手术后病人早期排气排便方面疗效显著,可减轻术后腹部胀痛,提前进食,减少补液量,增进乳汁的分泌,有利于病人早日康复,预防肠粘连,减少发症的发生。
OBJECTIVE Analyze the clinical application effect of Glycerine Enema on intestinal function recovery after cesarean section.METHODS 180 cases of cesarean section patients were selected from our hospital from year 2007 to year 2009.They were randomly divided into two groups.90 cases that use the normal treatment were in the control group and other 90 cases were in the observation group which use the Glycerine Enema,the treatment effects was compared between those two groups.RESULTS After using the Glycerine Enema in the observation group,exhaust and defecation work well and abdominal distension reduted.Overall response rate was 97.8%,urinary retention is 1.11%.In the control group,the number are 71.1% and 8.89%.The treatment effect is significant difference between two groups.（P0.01）.CONCLUSION Glycerine Enema has significant effect on exhaust and defecation on cesarean section patients.It can reduce postoperative abdominal pain,reduce the infusion volume,increase milk secretion,speedup the recovery,prevent intestinal adhesion and reduce the occurrence of complications.
