分级研磨煤浆提浓技术在煤化工行业应用新进展 被引量:10

New Progress of Application of Coal Slurry Concentration Technology by Grade Grinding in Coal Chemical Industry

摘要 简述了目前国内煤浆提浓技术的研究进展,介绍了分级研磨煤浆提浓技术及关键设备,总结了该技术在过去几年的推广应用情况及2015年在3家煤化工企业的应用新进展。生产实践表明:该技术先进成熟、设备稳定可靠,通常情况下煤浆浓度可提高3%左右,显著增加企业经济效益。对煤浆提浓技术提出了煤炭提质、粒度级配优化、制浆工艺研发、专用设备开发、添加剂合成及配方优化、配煤制浆等6大发展方向。 The research progress of the current domestic coal slurry concentration technology was presented,grade grinding coal slurry concentration technology and the key equipment were introduced, and the application of the technology in the past few years and the new progress in the application of 3 coal chemical enterprises in 2015 was summarized in the paper. The production practice showed that the technology was advanced and mature, and the equipment was stable and reliable. It could greatly improve the concentration of coal slurry and significantly increase the economic benefits of enterprises. Finally, 6 development directions were put forward for coal slurry concentration technology, including improving the quality of coal, optimizing particle size distribution, pulping process research, developing special equipment, optimizing the additive synthesis and formula, and blending coal for pulping.
