摘要
介绍了我国煤浆提浓技术的最新研究进展,综述了常规单磨机制浆工艺、分级研磨制浆工艺和间断级配制浆工艺的工艺特点、提浓效果和推广应用现状,并对细磨机的结构形式进行对比。分级研磨制浆工艺的粒度分布呈双峰连续级配,与常规单磨机制浆工艺相比,煤浆浓度(w)可提高2%~3%。间断级配制浆工艺的粒度分布为双峰间断级配,堆积效率更高,与常规单磨机制浆工艺相比,煤浆浓度(w)可提高4%~6%。煤浆提浓技术能提高气化效率,对节能降耗、降本增效、减少温室气体排放和低碳环保具有重要意义。
The latest research progress of coal slurry concentration technology is introduced.The technological characteristics,thickening effect and popularization and application status of conventional single mill pulping process,classified grinding pulping process and gap-graded pulping process are discussed.The structure of fine grinder is compared.The particles size distribution of the classified grinding pulping process presents a bimodal continuous gradation.Compared with the conventional single mill pulping process,the coal slurry concentration can be increased by 2%-3%.The particles size distribution of gap-graded pulping process is bimodal discontinuous gradation,and the stacking efficiency is higher.The coal slurry concentration can be increased by 4%-6%compared with the conventional single mill pulping process.The coal slurry concentration technology can improve the gasification efficiency,which is of great significance for energy saving and consumption reduction,cost reduction and efficiency increase,greenhouse gas emissions reduction and low-carbon and environmental protection.
