摘要
能源是经济发展的血液,更是工业的命脉。当前,我国能源供需缺口日益增大,严重制约经济社会的发展,内蒙古自治区能源富集,能源优势突出,但在能源的开发、利用方面仍存在一些问题。本文通过对内蒙古能源发展战略及能源优势的重新定位,针对现阶段能源开发、利用中存在的问题,提出内蒙古应实施能源开发集群化战略,以市场化为导向,实现能源发展多元化,共享国际能源,同时,应加大政府在能源开发、利用中的管理职能,发挥内蒙古在未来我国能源战略格局中举足轻重的作用。
Energy plays a critical role in economy development; however, the contradiction between energy supply and demand turns more and more obvious, which restricts the economic and social development seriously. Inner Mongolian is rich in energy, and the predominance is distinct; however, there are still some problems in the energy development and utilization. Through the re-orientation of the energy development strategy and predominance, based on the present problems in energy development and utilization, this paper suggests that Inner Mongolian should carry out the energy development centralization and muhifunction, share the international energy together under the guidance of the market. This paper also points out that the government should intensify the energy development and utilization management to play an important role in the future energy strategy of China.
