摘要
目的:调查医务人员心理资本、医患关系和情绪劳动的状况,探讨三者之间的关系。方法:采用心理资本量表、医患关系量表和情绪劳动量表对北京市2所三级甲等医院400名医务人员进行调查。结果:医务人员心理资本总分为124.79±23.75分,医患关系总分为48.16±9.59分,情绪劳动总分为46.94±6.75分;医务人员心理资本与医患关系及情绪劳动均显著正相关(P<0.01),心理资本在医患关系与情绪劳动之间起到部分中介作用。结论:管理者应重视提高医务人员的心理资本水平,加强情绪管理,以利于建立医务人员与患者之间的信任关系。
Objectives:To explore the correlation of psychological capital, doctor-patient relation and emotional labor among medical staff. Methods: A total of 400 medical staff in 2 top tertiary hospitals tested with psychological capital scale, the doctor-patient relationship scale and emotional labor questionnaire. Results: The score of psychological capital, doctor-patient relationship, and emotional labor were (124.79±23.75) , (48.16±9.59) , (46.94±6.75) respectively. The score of psychological capital was significantly positive correlated with the scores of the doctor-patient relationship and emotional labor(P〈0.01 ), and psychological capital played an intermediary role between the doctor-patient relationship and emotional labor. Conclusions: Administrators should give great consideration on improving medical staff psychological capital, strengthened emotional management, in order to establish the trust relationship between medical staff and patients.
