摘要
[目的]调查护士心理资本与离职意愿的现状,探讨两者之间的关系。[方法]采用一般资料调查表、心理资本量表以及离职意愿量表对乌鲁木齐市某三级甲等综合医院1 345名护士进行问卷调查。[结果]护士心理资本为(3.61±0.38)分,离职意愿为(2.92±0.56)分;不同年龄段、不同科室、不同民族护士心理资本评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);护士心理资本与离职意愿呈负相关(P<0.05)。[结论]护理管理者应该重视提高护士的心理资本水平,避免护士产生离职意愿,从而提高护理职业稳定性。
Obj ective:To investigate the status quo of nurses’psychological capital and turnover intention,and probe into the relationship between psy-chological capital and turnover intention of nurses.Methods:A total of 1 345 nurses in a three grade A hospital in Urumqi city were investigated by u-sing general information questionnaire,psychological capital scale and turn-over intention scale.Results:The nurses’psychological capital score was (3.61±0.38),and turnover intention score was(2.92±0.56),there was statistically significant difference in psychological capital score among nur-ses in different ages or different departments or different ethnics (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05);the psychological capital was significantly negatively correla-ted with turnover intention (P〈0.05 ).Conclusion:Nursing managers should think highly of improving nurses’psychological capital level,avoid to generate turnover intention of nurses,and improve the stability of nurs-ing profession.
