摘要
在硫酸溶液中,以SO_2为还原剂对氧化锰尾矿进行还原浸出,浸出液净化后与碳酸氢铵发生沉淀反应回收碳酸锰。在最优浸出条件下,锰浸出率达96%以上。采用氨水调节pH为5.2时,浸出液中的铁、铝、硅的去除率分别为100%、99.6%和96.9%。净化液与碳酸氢铵反应沉淀率为99.8%,整个工艺锰回收率为90.5%,碳酸锰产品达到《HG/T4203-2011工业碳酸锰》一等品指标要求。
Manganese oxide ore tailings were leached by SO2 in sulfuric acid solution. Lixivium was purified and reacted with ammonium bicarbonate to recover manganese carbonate. Under the optimum conditions, manganese leaching rate is 96% above, removal rate of Fe, A1, and Si is 100%, 99.6%, and 96.9% respectively with the optimum pH value of 5.2 adjusted by ammonia addition. Manganese precipitation rate is 99.8%2 Total manganese recovery rate is 90.5%. MnCO3 product meets the requirement of the first grade of Standard HG/T4203-2011 Industrial Manganese Carbonate.
