摘要
采用"二次还原浸出-净化脱杂-碳酸铵沉锰"工艺,对云南某软锰矿制备软磁铁氧化体用碳酸锰工艺条件进行了研究。考察了还原剂用量、酸度对浸出率的影响以及浸出液的净化除杂条件、净化后溶液的沉锰条件等工艺参数对产品质量的影响,并获得了最佳工艺参数。结果表明,在m(MnO2):m(FeS2):m(H2SO4):m(Fe)=1:0.35:1.5:0.07时,锰的浸出率大于99%,碳酸锰总回收率为86%。产品质量符合HG/T 2836-1997《软磁铁氧体用碳酸锰》标准要求。
Preparation conditions of manganese carbonate used for soft magnetic ferrite by two-stage reduction-leaching, pu- rification, manganese precipitation by ammonium carbonate technology from a Yunnan pyrolusite were studied.Effects of re- ducer dosage and acidity on leaching rate were examined ; and influences of purification and manganese precipitating condi- tions on product quality were studied, and the optimal parameters were obtained.Results showed that under the conditions of m(MnO2) :m(FeS2):m(H2SO4):m(Fe)=1:0.35:1.5:0.07, the manganese leaching rate was greater than 99%, and the total recovery rate of manganese carbonate was 86%.The product quality was in line with the requirements of HG/T 2836-1997.
