从金厂硫脲硫酸溶液中电解-离子交换回收金、银的工业试验

COMMERCIAL TEST ON RECOVERY OF GOLD AND SILVER FROM THIOUREA SOLUTION BY ELECTROWINNING-ION-EXCHANGE

摘要 本文叙述了从金厂硫脲硫酸解吸液中电解金、银和用离子交换法从电解尾液中回收金、银的工业试验结果。在所选择的电解条件下,金电积率>99%,银电积率≈98%,合质金含金92%—93%,白银含银97%。选用D61阳离子交换树脂从电解尾液中回收金、银,树脂对金吸附率高,采用氰化钠碱性溶液解吸,金的解吸率为98%。实践证明:回收金、银所选定的工艺参数及流程在技术上和经济上是可行的,适应性较强。 This paper describes the results of commercial test on recovery of gold and silver from the thiourea eluate of a gold ore-processing plant by electrowinning and from the barren solution after electrowin-ning by ion-exchange. Under the selected electrowinning conditions,the electrowinning rate of gold was more than 99% ,and the silver was about 98%. The purity of gold was 92 - 93% ,and the silver was 97%. The cationic exchange resin D6J with high sorption rate for gold was selected for recovering gold from the electrowon barren solution and sodium cyanide in alkaline solution was used for desorption with desorption rate 98% for gold. The test shows that the selected technological parameters and flowsheet for gold and silver recovery are technically and economically feasible,and has a good adaptability.
