摘要
探讨"治未病"思想在肾虚血瘀型卵巢储备功能下降中的运用,从自身生活调摄上改善体质,做到未病先防,预防为主;针对肾虚血瘀型卵巢储备功能下降的患者,给予补肾活血的方药治疗,进行药物早期干预,防止向闭经或卵巢早衰传变;恢复后的病人,加强生活调摄,心理疏导,瘥后防复。
To explore the application of the ＂disease prevention＂ theory in treatment of declining ovarian reserve of kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Resting and nourishing food were used to build up the healthy physique, nourishing kidney and activating blood drugs, early intervention were used to prevent the amenorrhea or premature ovarian failure in kidney deficiency and blood stasis patients with decreased ovarian reserve function. Strengthening the regulation of living and psychological counseling are used to recurrence after cure.
