摘要
文章以A7VDR斜轴式轴向柱塞泵为例,分析其结构组成及恒压控制原理。针对现场调试过程中的实际操作方法,从功率传递角度出发,结合电工学理论,通过研究柱塞泵压力、流量、电机电流三者的变化关系,从而总结出了A7VDR斜轴式轴向柱塞泵在实际使用中的调压原理与方法。
In this paper, the A7VDR bent - axis axial piston pump is taken as an example to analyze its structural composition and constant pressure control principle. Aiming at the actual operation method in on - site debugging process, from the perspective of power transfer, combined with the theory of electrical engineering, through the study of the relation-ship among pressure, flow and motor current of the piston pump, the principle and method for pressure regulating of the A7VDR bent - axis axial piston pump in practical application are summarized.
