摘要
一定厚度与形状的油膜是轴向柱塞泵配流副保持良好工作状态的首要前提,也是衡量其润滑特性的主要指标之一。为了弄清配流副的成膜特性及形态,基于普适的油膜理论,推导了密封场内的油膜分布解析式,并用实验数据代替差分网格点值进行逐点运算,获得了密封带的油膜分布图。在自制的模拟装置上开展了实验研究,主要包括不同供油压力下的成膜时间、稳定性及不同油膜平衡厚度、不同测点的油膜分布规律。对比分析表明,20 MPa供油压力内密封带上几个测厚点的实测值可以预测整个油膜的总体分布形状,符合理论分析的结果,一定范围内可以作为近似预测方法来估计油膜的瞬态流型。
Oil film with a certain range of thickness and figure are the basic prerequisites of a good running condition for port pair in axial piston pump, and also is one of the primary lubrication indicators. In order to understand its formation properties and configuration fully, based on the general oil film theory, analytic expression of the oil film on the sealing area was deduced, and the test value replaced some difference mesh points to calculate, so the whole distributing of oil film was gotten. Experiments were done with self-regulating rig, under different supply pressure, which involve formation time and stability of the film ,different balance thickness and distributing characteristics at the several tested points. Comparative analysis shows that up to 20 MPa, the tested value can be used to forecast the actual distributing formation of whole film on sealing area, and in keeping with the theoretical results, approximate timely pattern of oil film can be found within limits.
