摘要
文章对广泛用于工程机械的大流量高性能轴向柱塞泵经常出现“烧盘”、“咬死”现象,从磨损机理及其成因进行了探讨,提出磨损主要原因不是配流副直接造成的,而是由于油液中的污染物磨粒磨损造成的。
From the mechanism and the reason of wear and tear,the phenomenon of burning plate and block occured in axial plunger piston pump with large flow and high performance widely used for engineering mechanics have been discussed, and the main reason of wear and tear caused by contamination grains in oil instead of flow divider is put forward.
