微波辅助萃取-超高效液相色谱/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱法快速测定纺织品中有害有机溶剂残留量 被引量:4

摘要 建立了1个快速测定纺织品中有害有机溶剂残留量的超高效液相色谱/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(UPLC/Orbitrap HRMS)方法,该方法以乙醇为萃取溶剂,100℃下微波萃取纺织品中残留的有害有机溶剂,萃取液直接进行UPLC/Orbitrap HRMS,提取离子色谱峰面积外标法定量。对样品的提取条件、分析条件进行了优化。该方法的定量限为0.5μg/kg^10.0μg/kg。在3个不同加标浓度水平下,方法的平均加标回收率为81.8~94.5%,相对偏差偏差为3.8%~10.5%(n=9)。该方法简便快速,灵敏度高,定量限低,可有效地解决纺织品中残留的有害有机溶剂的快速测定问题。 An effective method was established for the determination of residual harmful organic solvents in textiles using ul- tra-high performance liquid chromatography/orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry (UPLC/Orbitrap HRMS) technique. Residual harmful organic solvents in textiles were microwave-assisted extracted at 100℃, using ethanol as the extraction solvent, then the extract was analyzed by UPLC/Orbitrap HRMS. The quantitative analysis was performed by the peak area in extracted chromatography and the concentration of each analyte was calibrated by the external standard meth- od. The extraction and analysis conditions were optimized. The limits of quantification (LOQs) changed from 0.5μg/kg to 10.0μg/kg. The spiked average recoveries changed from 81.8% to 94.5% under three different spiked levels while the rela- tive standard deviation (RSD) changed from 3.8% to 10.5% (n=9). The proposed method was rapid, simple, sensitive, and could effectively solve the problem of rapid determination of residual harmful organic solvents in textiles.
