摘要
国际上一些著名品牌纺织品供应商针对全球的“壬基酚”等事件于2011年11月通过协商进一步许诺到2020年整个供应链实现危害化学品的零排放，并提出了联合路线图，重点是11种危险化学品。该文阐述了禁限用重点危害化学品的新动向，提出了它们的替代品，将有助于我国纺织工业和纺织化学品工业的振兴。
To counter ＂NP＂ etc. event, those happen in the whole world, in Nov. of the year 2011 some supply traders of the famous top-grade textile fabrics in the world further demonstrate their commitment towards zero discharge of hazardous chemicals for all products across all pathways in their supply chains by 2020, and put forward their joint-roadmap. The key is 11 hazardous chemicals. The new trends of the prohibited and restricted key hazardous chemicals were in this paper described, and their substitutions were put forward. They will contribute to the vigorous development of the textile industry and the textile chemical industry in our country.
