摘要
样品用乙腈超声提取后,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪全离子扫描监测的方法进行分析,方法线性范围0.1~25μg/mL,检出限2.0μg/g,回收率为75%~102%,相对标准偏差为2.51%~3.02%。采用高效液相色谱的方法进行分析,该方法线性范围0.5~25μg/mL,方法检出限10.0μg/g,回收率为75%~102%,相对标准偏差为0.78%~1.02%。二种方法简便,快速,准确度高,可用于皮革及其制品中苯基苯酚(邻苯基苯酚和对苯基苯酚)含量的测定。
To determine the amount of phenyl phenol in leather and leather products, two methods were established. After extracted and enriched from samples with acetonitrile, phenyl phenol was analyzed using GC/MS full scan ion monitoring method and high performance liquid chromatography method. It showed that the calibration curves were linear within the range of 0.1 - 25μg/mL and 0.5 - 25 μg,/mL, the detection limit was 2.0 μg/g and 10.0 μg,/g, the recovery rate ranged from 75% to 102% and the relative standard deviation was between 2.51% -3.02% and 0.78% - 1.02% ,respectively. Both methods are simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for the determination of phenyl phenol in leather and leather products.
