摘要
当前,大学美术教育专业人才培养轻素质重专业的沉疴难愈,贫乏的人文素养严重影响了美术专业学生的可持续性发展。学校管理者应当彻底转变教育观,从系统的人文知识、正确的人文思想、一定的人文方法、科学的人文精神、积极的人文行为等主要方面科学构建学校美术教育人文素养培养课程体系,以教师人文素养的夯实和提高为抓手,将人文教育全面渗透到专业教育的每一个环节,以确保实现培养学生全面和谐发展的学校教育目标。
Nowadays, the cultivation of students majoring in FineArts is more inclined to artspecialized training than quality-oriented education. Lacking humanistic quality has a severe impact on the sustainable development of art students. School administrators should completely change these education concepts and scientifically build a humanistic quality - oriented curriculum system from systematic humanistic knowledge,correct humanistic thoughts,certain humanistic methods,scientific humanistic spirits,positive humanisticbehaviors and other aspects. The humanisticquality of the teacher should be firstly improved in order to implement the cultivation of humanisticquality in every practice of professional education so as to realize the all-round and peaceful development of the student.
