摘要
目的总结电子肠镜下肠息肉摘除术的护理体会。方法回顾性分析行电子肠镜下肠息肉摘除术患者122例的临床资料,均给予细致的术前、术中及术后护理,观察患者术后治疗情况。结果术后12例因息肉直径较大产生疼痛,4例因用力排便刺激创面而致出血,其余患者术后无特殊不适,门诊观察2 h后顺利出院。结论电子肠镜下肠息肉摘除术安全、可靠,护理人员于术前、术中及术后进行细致的护理有助于减少术后并发症的发生风险,为手术的顺利完成提供了保证。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience in removal of intestinal polyp un-der electronic colonoscope. Methods Totally 122 patients undergoing removal of intestinal polyp under electronic colonoscope were selected and given careful preoperative, intraoperative and post-operative nursing interventions. The postoperative condition of patients was observed. Results There were 12 cases suffering from pain due to bigger polyp diameter, 4 cases encountering hem-orrhage caused by bowel movements after operation. The rest of patients had no obvious discom-forts, and discharged from hospital after 2 h in clinic observation room. Conclusion Removal of intestinal polyp under electronic colonoscope is safe and reliable. Careful preoperative, intraopera-tive and postoperative nursing interventions are conductive to reduce the postoperative complica-tions ,and provide a guarantee for surgical completion.
