摘要
目的 探讨品管圈活动在提高静脉输液健康宣教知晓率中的应用效果.方法 以＂提高静脉输液健康宣教知晓率＂为活动主题,对静脉输液健康宣教知晓率低的原因进行统计、分析,找出原因,并制定和完成整改措施.分析对比品管圈活动前后效果.结果 开展品管圈活动后静脉输液健康宣教知晓率为75.31%,较活动前的48.48%明显升高26.83%,超出预期目标.在品管圈活动后9名圈员解决问题能力、责任心、沟通协调、自信心、团队凝聚力、积极性、品管手法、和谐度8项能力得分均高于开展前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 开展品管圈活动不仅能提高静脉输液健康宣教的知晓率,还能提高圈员的解决问题能力和执行力.
Objective To discuss about the application effect of quality control circle on improving the aware-ness rate of venous transfusion health education. Methods Improvement on the awareness rate of venous transfusion health education was the activity theme. Statistics, analysis and solution were conducted to the causes why the aware-ness rate of venous transfusion health education was low. In addition, rectification measures were formulated and com-pleted to analyze and compare the effect before and after quality control circle. Results The awareness rate of venous transfusion health education was 75. 31% after carrying out quality control circle activity, and 26. 83% was increased compared with it before activity （48. 48%） , which was beyond the expected target. After carrying out quality control circle, the scores in the aspects of problem solving ability, responsibility, coordination, confidence, team cohesive-ness, enthusiasm, quality control skill and harmonious degree of 9 members were higher than that before it was carried out, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0. 05） . Conclusions The activity of quality control circle can not only improve the awareness rate of venous transfusion health education, but also improve the problem solving ability and execution of members.
