摘要
目的探讨舒适度护理干预在门诊小儿静脉留置针中的应用效果。方法选取2022年8月至2023年1月在赣州市妇幼保健院门诊接受静脉留置针输液治疗的200例患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各100例,观察组患儿采用舒适度护理干预,对照组患儿采用常规护理干预。比较两组患儿的置管时间、并发症发生情况、配合度表现与家属的护理满意情况。结果经临床护理干预后,观察组患儿的置管时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组渗液、静脉炎、导管阻塞等并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的配合度与家属的护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊小儿静脉留置针治疗中使用舒适度护理干预,可有效延长留置针的留置时间,降低并发症的发生风险,为患儿与家属带来更加满意的临床护理体验。
Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing intervention in outpatient infantile intravenous indwelling needle.Methods A total of 200 children receiving intravenous infusion therapy in the outpatient department of Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.Comfort nursing intervention was used in the observation group,while routine nursing intervention was used in the control group.The time of catheterization,the occurrence of complications,the degree of cooperation and the nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results After clinical nursing intervention,the catheterization time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of compli-cations such as effusion,phlebitis and catheter obstruction in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of cooperation and nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention in outpatient pediatric intravenous indwelling needle treatment can effectively prolong the indwelling time of the needle,reduce the risk of complications,and bring more satisfactory clinical nursing experience for children and their families.
