摘要
目的探索合理的护理品管圈活动质量管理模式,以提高品管圈活动质量。方法以Donabedian的结构-过程-结果质量评价模式为理论框架,构建品管圈活动质量评价管理方案,将该方案应用于品管圈活动质量管理中。通过对品管圈活动前期的结构评估、中期的过程管理及后期的结果评价,提升品管圈项目的活动质量。结果品管圈活动质量的总体水平,尤其是活动项目的结题率由2014年的85.4%升至97.5%。结论 Donabedian的结构-过程-结果质量评价模式是提升品管圈活动质量的有效手段。
Objective To explore a sound nursing quality control circle management mode to improve the quality of quality control circle （QCC）. Methods Based on Donabedian＇s structure - process - outcome quality evaluation model, quality evaluation management scheme of QCC was built before it was applied it to the quality control of QCC activities. The quality of QCC activities was improved by means of structure evaluation of QCC activities in the early stage, mid-term process management and outcome evaluation in the later period. Results The overall quality of Qcc activities was improved, especially the completive rate of these activities rose from 85.4% in 2014 to 97.5%. Conclusion Donabedian＇s structure-process- outcome quality evaluation model was an effective way to improve the quality of QCC activities.
