摘要
酸压是碳酸盐岩储层增产的重要工艺技术,产能模拟是评价酸压效果,优化酸压参数的重要手段。目前国内外学者在产能预测时没有考虑酸蚀裂缝导流能力随时间的变化,为此,基于酸压直井压后流体渗流特征,在考虑酸蚀裂缝高速非达西流基础上,结合酸蚀裂缝粗糙接触面上岩石的溶解、扩散和自由面溶解/沉淀三个过程,建立考虑酸蚀裂缝长期导流能力变化的酸蚀裂缝与地层耦合的渗流数学模型,给出了模型的求解条件和求解方法。模拟计算了四川某气藏三类碳酸盐岩储层酸蚀裂缝半长和导流能力对产能的影响,得到了三类储层的最优酸蚀裂缝半长和导流能力,为分层碳酸盐岩气藏酸压改造裂缝参数设计提供了理论依据。
Acid fracturing is an important technique of improving production capacity of carbonate reservoir, production simulation is an important means of evaluation of acid fracturing effect, optimizing the acid fracturing parameters. At present, domestic and foreign scholars did not consider the acidetched fracture conductivity changing with time for productivity prediction, therefore, on the basis of the seepage characteristics after acid fracturing straight wells with consideration of the highspeed non Darcy flow in acid etching fracture, combining withthe rough contact surface on the acidetched fracture rock with three process of dissolution, diffusion and freesurface dissolution/precipitation, a mathematical model of percolation was established by coupling acidetchedfracture and formation flow with consideration of longterm changes of acid etching fracture conductivity, and thesolution conditions and solution method of the model was also given. Simulation calculation of the effects of acidetched fracture's halflength and flow conductivity of A gas reservoir in L group of three types of carbonate reservoir on productivity, three kinds of reservoir of optimal acidetched fracture's halflength and fracture conductivity are obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of fracture parameters of acid fracturing oflayered carbonate gas-reservoirs.
