摘要
文章在总结了四川盆地采气工程科技攻关和实际应用效果的基础上,对目前国内外采气工程技术发展现状从完井工艺技术、压裂酸化技术、排水采气工艺技术、修井工艺技术等四方面进行了调研,确定了四川盆地天然气上产的攻关总体目标和重点攻关目标。文章还提出了加强科技攻关,努力提高采气工程技术水平;紧密结合生产,促进科技成果的转化;加强项目管理,提高综合效益;认真抓好采气工程方案和规划编制,充分发挥采气工程整体规模效益;注重条件建设,努力改善科研环境;加强科技人才培养,造就一批高素质的采气工程技术队伍等方面的保障措施。
The fruits to overcome the technical difficulties and put into operation are summed for the gas recovery engineer in Sichuan Basin. The current developing status of gas recovery techniques at home and abroad is investigated including the follow 4 aspects: Well completion techniques, Fracturing and acidizing techniques, Techniques of gas recovery by water drainage and Well rehabilitation techniques. To increase gas production in Sichuan basin, the general purpose and key targets of technical problems to solve are determined. Also, it is proposed the measures to strengthen solving technical problems, improve technical level of gas recovery engineering, promote transferring technical fruit for production requirements, enhance project management and improve integrative benefit, carefully compile program and plan of gas recovery engineering, bring whole economies of scale for gas recovery engineering into full play, pay attention to capital construction, improve environment of scientific research, enhance training technical talents, and establish a technical force with high quality for gas recovery engineering.
