摘要
临床实习作为护理专业学生(简称"护生")将课堂学习理论知识与实际操作相结合重要阶段,能够有效提高护生护理技能以及独立工作、独立思考能力,而临床带教作为学校教育的延续和深化,其临床教学中护理带教水平影响着护生实习过程专业技能操作能力的提升情况。随着社会经济实力增长,人们法制观念增强,对医疗服务质量及需求的增加,对实习护生的要求也逐年提升,临床带教护理过程也面临着更大挑战。临床带教老师如何根据学生特点,结合其实际情况,于规定时间内快速提高护生知识转换成实际操作能力是其教学重点。该文从影响临床护理带教质量因素出发,论述针对出现问题制定的相应解决策略。
