摘要
护理实习生的临床实习是每个护理工作者的必经阶段,其具有重要意义。本文就护理实习生在临床实习工作中常见的问题及对策进行总结、分析。
Nursing interns' clinical practice is a necessary stage for every nursing worker,and it is of great significance.In thispaper,the author summarizes the common problems and countermeasures of nursing interns in clinical practice.
