摘要
目的分析以目标为导向的教学方法对护生学业自我效能感的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2018年3月于福建医科大学附属闽东医院骨科实习的36名护生为对照组,2018年4月至2019年3月于福建医科大学附属闽东医院骨科实习的36名护生为试验组。对照组采用传统的教学模式,试验组采用以目标学习为导向的教学方法。比较两组护生的带教效果及学业自我效能感。结果试验组的出科专科理论考试成绩、专科技术操作成绩、带教老师对学生的评价分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的学生实习学业自我效能感高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以目标为导向的教学方法能够提高学生的实习效果及自我效能感。
Objective To analyze the effect of goal-oriented teaching methods on academic self-efficacy of nursing students.Methods A total of 36 nursing students who practiced in the Department of Orthopedics in Mindong Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from April 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the control group,and 36 nursing students who practiced in the Department of Orthopedics in Mindong Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University were the test group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the goal-learning oriented teaching method.The teaching effect and academic self-efficacy of nursing students were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of college entrance theory examination,college technical operation scores and teachers'evaluation scores of students in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The students'academic self-efficacy in practice in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The goal-oriented teaching method can improve students'practice effect and learning self-efficacy.
