摘要
学科服务的本质是根据高校学科发展而开展的创新型知识服务。通过SWOT分析法全面分析新形势下学科服务的现状,找出困境所在,从团队建设、个性化服务、制度创新、智慧服务几个关键点进行研究,探索其发展策略,为高校图书馆开展学科服务工作提供参考。
The essence of subject service is carrying out the creative knowledge service based on subject development of universities. This paper uses WOT analysis method to analyze the present situation of subject service under the new situation and finds out the difficulties, explores its development strategy from team construction, personalized service, system innovation, wisdom service, thus providing the reference for subject service of university library.
